I liked it. I feel that the left foot is in an abnormal pose, like he is standing on his heels. Maybe try rotating the foot a little bit down so it looks like the weight shifts on the sole while still giving the sensation of movement.

Very nice. I like her design very much. Maybe drop the knees a little bit on the first pose (it looks like her calves are too long and stretched) but it's just nitpicking.
